All-on-6 Dental Implants (Full-Arch Fixed Teeth) in Turkey
What is All-on-6?
All-on-6 replaces all teeth in one jaw using six dental implants and a fixed bridge. Two implants go near the front, and four are placed to spread the bite forces across the arch.
Compared with four-implant options, six anchors can increase support, which may help in strong bites, wide arches, or when we want more even load distribution.
Best for: Replacing a full upper or lower arch with fixed teeth supported by six implants for extra stability and load sharing
Surgery: 3–4.5 hours per arch; provisional fixed teeth same day or next day in many cases; full treatment usually 3–6 months
The Problem it Solves
If you have many failing teeth, loose dentures, or trouble chewing, life can feel limited. All-on-6 gives fixed teeth that do not come out, so you can eat, speak, and smile with much more confidence.
How All-on-6 works
Six implants act like strong pillars in the jaw. A full-arch bridge attaches to these pillars. In suitable cases, we fit a provisional fixed bridge the same day or next day (immediate loading), so you walk out with fixed teeth while the implants fuse with the bone (osseointegration). After healing, we make your final bridge to match your bite, shape, and shade.
All-on-6 vs All-on-4 — which is right for me?
All-on-6 offers more support and wider load sharing, helpful for heavy grinders, high bite forces, longer spans, or when bone allows extra fixtures.
All-on-4 often avoids large grafts and can be ideal when bone is limited in the back areas.
We will scan, explain the pros and cons, and recommend the option that is safest and most stable for your mouth.
Who is a good candidate?
You may suit All-on-6 if you:
Have many failing teeth or no teeth in a jaw
Want fixed teeth rather than a removable denture
Have enough bone for six implants (we confirm by CBCT scan)
Can keep good oral hygiene and attend regular reviews
If bone or gum health needs attention first, we’ll plan that into your safe pathway.
Your All-on-6 Journey in 6 Steps
Maximum stability and aesthetics. A clear path to your complete smile restoration.
Consultation & Digital Planning
Photos, X-rays and a CBCT scan if needed. We design the exact implant positions, discuss tooth shape and shade, and give a clear written plan with timing and costs.
Treatment Day
You are numb and comfortable (with sedation where available). We remove failing teeth if needed, prepare the sites, and place six implants with guided placement where indicated. We take measurements for your provisional bridge.
Provisional Fixed Teeth
In many cases you receive a same-day or next-day fixed bridge. It is designed to protect the implants while you heal, so you leave with teeth you can smile with.
Healing & Checks (8–12 weeks)
Implants fuse to the bone. Follow the soft-food plan, keep the area clean, and attend bite checks to ensure perfect integration.
Final Bridge
Once stable, we take final scans and make your definitive bridge for strength, fit, and looks. We fine-tune the bite for ultimate comfort.
Maintenance & Reviews
We teach simple cleaning under the bridge and set regular hygiene and review visits to keep everything healthy for years to come.

Comfort & Recovery
All-on-6 uses 6 implants to spread force evenly. It sometimes requires better bone volume in the back jaw than All-on-4. If your bone is thin, we may use a Sinus Lift or recommend All-on-4 instead.
Risks include infection or failure to fuse (rare).
Important: Heavy smoking and uncontrolled diabetes can affect healing. We carefully screen your health beforehand.
Why Choose All-on-6?
Simple Maintenance
- Brush twice daily like normal teeth
- Use a Water Flosser under the bridge
- Attend standard hygiene visits
- Wear a Night Guard to protect ceramics

Your Frequently Asked Questions About All-on-6
Why choose six implants instead of four?
Extra support and load sharing. All-on-6 can be helpful for strong bites, wide arches, or when bone allows extra fixtures.
Do I get fixed teeth on the day?
In many cases yes — a provisional fixed bridge is fitted same day or next day. The final bridge follows after healing.
Is All-on-6 painful?
You are numb during surgery. Soreness and swelling after are normal and settle with simple care.
What if I don’t have enough bone?
We check by CBCT scan. All-on-6 can sometimes avoid large grafts, but small grafts may still be safer in thin areas.
Can I choose how my new teeth look?
Yes. We agree shape, size, and shade, then make your bridge to fit your smile goals.
What can I eat after surgery?
Start with soft foods, then expand as your clinician advises. Avoid very hard or sticky items.
How do I clean under the bridge?
Use super-floss, interdental brushes, or a water flosser every day. We’ll show you the easiest method.
How long does All-on-6 last?
With good hygiene and regular reviews, implants can last many years. Bridges may need maintenance over time.
Will my speech change?
Some people notice minor changes at first. Most adapt quickly and feel clearer than with loose dentures.
Is finance available?
For many people yes, because the teeth are fixed and feel more secure. We will still explain all pros and cons for you.
What happens if one of the six implants fails later?
In many cases the bridge can stay in place while we let the area heal. We then plan a replacement implant if needed and reconnect the bridge. We’ll explain your warranty and options in writing
Zirconia vs hybrid bridge — what’s the difference?
Zirconia is very strong and sleek-looking, with fewer joints, but is harder to repair. Hybrid bridges (acrylic on a metal frame) are lighter and easier to adjust or repair, but may need more maintenance over time. We’ll match the material to your bite, habits, and goals.
How often are maintenance visits and what do they involve?
Expect regular hygiene and review visits (more often in year one). We’ll clean under the bridge, check the bite, inspect the implants and screws, and refresh your home-care routine. Staying consistent helps protect results long-term.
Can I have All-on-6 if I’ve had gum disease?
Usually yes, if gum disease is treated and stable. We may plan deep cleaning or other care first, then proceed once the gums are healthy. Ongoing home care and reviews are essential.
How many trips do I need and how long between them?
Most plans take two visits: the first for surgery and a provisional fixed bridge, and the second (after healing) for your final bridge. Some cases can be clustered into a single longer trip; we’ll confirm after scans and planning.
