All-on-4 Implants in Antalya, Turkey

All-on-4 replaces a whole jaw of teeth with a fixed bridge carried on four implants. Two go in straight at the front, two are angled at the back to catch the bone that is still there - which is the trick that lets it work without a graft in most cases.

01

What All-on-4 actually is

All-on-4 replaces a whole jaw of teeth with a fixed bridge carried on four implants. Two go in straight at the front, two are angled at the back to catch the bone that is still there - which is the trick that lets it work without a graft in most cases.

The short answer. All-on-4 in Antalya is £3,099 an arch, including the twelve zirconium teeth. The same arch quotes at around £14,500 privately in the UK. Two trips, three to six months apart.

It is fixed. You do not take it out, it does not cover your palate, and it does not move when you eat. That is the entire point of it, and it is what separates it from a denture at any price.

02

Who All-on-4 is for

People with most of a jaw failing or already gone: advanced gum disease, a mouthful of teeth held together by old crowns, or a denture that has never fitted and never will because the ridge underneath keeps shrinking.

Replacing those teeth one implant at a time would mean eight or ten fixtures and a bill several times larger. Four implants carrying one bridge is the answer that makes a full arch affordable, and the angled placement usually avoids the bone graft that used to make this treatment impossible for the people who needed it most.

Your All-on-4 Journey in 6 Steps

A life-changing transformation. From failing teeth to a fixed, confident smile.

  1. 01Plan

    Consultation & 3D Planning

We take photos, X-rays and a CBCT scan if needed. We plan the exact implant positions and decide on tooth shape, shade, and smile line. You receive a clear written plan, timing, and costs.

  2. 02Surgery

    Treatment Day

You're made numb and comfortable (sedation available). We remove any failing teeth, prepare the implant sites, and place four implants in the planned positions and angles. We take measurements for your provisional fixed bridge.

  3. 03Smile

    Provisional Fixed Teeth

In many cases you receive a same-day or next-day fixed bridge. It is lighter and designed to protect the implants while you heal. You leave with fixed teeth you can smile with right away.

  4. 04Heal

    Healing Phase (8–12 weeks)

The implants fuse with your bone. You follow a soft-food diet at first and clean carefully under the bridge. We review your bite and comfort during this period.

  5. 05Final

    Final Bridge

Once the implants are stable, we take final scans to make your definitive bridge. This has the agreed tooth shape and shade, strong materials (like Zirconia/Titanium), and is tailored to your bite.

  6. 06Care

    Maintenance & Reviews

We show you easy cleaning methods and book you for regular hygiene and check-ups to keep everything healthy long-term.

Materials: zirconium, acrylic and the bar underneath

The price here includes twelve zirconium teeth on a titanium framework. Zirconium is the harder-wearing and better-looking option and it does not discolour.

Acrylic on a bar is cheaper and lighter and is what most budget packages mean by All-on-4. It wears at the biting surfaces and it stains, so it wants replacing sooner. If you are comparing our number with a lower one somewhere else, this is usually where the difference is - ask what the teeth are made of before you compare anything.

The bar itself is a real line on the price list: titanium is £650 a jaw, Trilor is £550, and a Toronto bar with Trilor is £700.

How much does All-on-4 hurt?

Surgery is under local anaesthetic with sedation available. It is a longer appointment than a single implant and you should expect swelling and bruising for several days - this is real surgery, and any account that skips that part is selling.

Most people are on soft food for six to eight weeks while the implants integrate, wearing the provisional bridge. Not painful after the first week, but restricted, and it is worth planning your life around rather than around the flight home.

07

Living with a fixed arch

You eat what you like once it has healed - bread crusts, steak, apples. Speech takes a week or two to settle because your tongue is learning a new palate shape, and reading aloud speeds that up more than anything else.

It is fixed, so there is no adhesive, no soaking overnight, and nothing to fall down mid-sentence. What you do have is a bridge with a gap underneath it that has to be cleaned properly every day, which is the part nobody mentions before the surgery.

08

Cleaning an All-on-4 bridge

  • Brush twice daily with a soft brush, including along the underside of the bridge.
  • Clean under the bridge with super-floss or a water flosser - this is the part that keeps the implants.
  • Hygiene and clinical review once a year, £60 a course here.
  • A night guard at £120 a jaw if you grind.

Peri-implantitis - inflammation of the bone around the fixtures - is what loses full arches, and it is caused by what is left under the bridge. It is preventable with five minutes a day.

09

All-on-4 vs All-on-6 vs dentures

A full denture is the cheapest and it moves. It covers the palate, it needs adhesive, and the bone beneath it carries on shrinking, which is why it needs remaking.

All-on-6 at £3,950 adds two more fixtures, spreading the load more widely. Worth it for heavy grinders and where the bone allows it.

All-on-4 at £3,099 avoids grafting more often and costs less. For most people it is the right answer, and the scan decides which of the two you are actually a candidate for.

Fixtures, bar and bridge

How your new arch is designed and made

A full arch on implants is a bridge of twelve or fourteen teeth carried on four or six fixtures. The positions are planned on a scan, a temporary bridge is fitted within a day or two of surgery, and the final bridge is made for you once the bone has healed. This is what each stage involves.

01

The fixtures and their angle

The fixtures are placed where the bone is thickest. On four, the rear pair is tilted to reach solid bone at the back and stay clear of the sinus or the nerve; on six, the load is spread more evenly around the arch. Which is right depends on your scan, not on preference.

02

The multi-unit abutments

Small titanium connectors screwed to each fixture, straight or angled, that bring every implant up to one level so the bridge can sit flat across them. They are what let a tilted fixture carry a straight bridge.

03

The bridge on the day

A temporary bridge of acrylic teeth is fitted to the fixtures within a day or two of surgery, so you leave with fixed teeth rather than a denture. It is lighter and simpler than the final bridge, and it is what you wear while the bone heals.

04

The final bridge

The final bridge is made after three to six months, once the fixtures are solid. The material is the main decision, and it is written on your plan.

Bridge What it is How it behaves Best for
Acrylic on a titanium bar Acrylic teeth and pink gum bonded to a milled titanium frame. Light, easy to repair and kind to the fixtures; the teeth wear over the years. Most full-arch cases; the standard choice.
Monolithic zirconia The whole bridge milled from one piece of zirconia, the gum stained pink. The strongest and longest-lasting; heavier, and repaired by remaking. Heavy bites and the longest life.
Zirconia on a titanium bar Zirconia teeth over a titanium frame. The look of zirconia with a lighter, repairable frame. Where both strength and weight matter.
Acrylic temporary The bridge fitted in the days after surgery. Worn for the healing months only. Every case, for the first three to six months.

How the arch is made

Two visits, months apart. The first places the fixtures and fits the temporary; the second makes and fits the final bridge in the laboratory upstairs.

01 The scan A cone-beam CT maps the whole jaw so every fixture can be placed in solid bone.
  2. A monitor showing a three-dimensional lower jaw with four implants planned, the rear two tilted
02 The design The fixtures and the bridge are designed together on screen: the teeth first, then the implants to carry them.

03 The bar For the final bridge, a titanium frame is milled to the exact positions of your fixtures.

Answered plainly

All-on-4 in Turkey: your questions answered

Still not sure? A clinician talks it through before you commit to anything.

Ask a clinician
How much does All-on-4 cost in Antalya?

£3,099 an arch including twelve zirconium teeth. UK private equivalent is around £14,500. Both jaws is double the arch price, not a separate package.

Do I get teeth the same day?

Usually a provisional fixed bridge goes on within a day or two, so you do not fly home without teeth. The final zirconium bridge is fitted on the second trip once the implants have integrated.

How long does the whole thing take?

Two trips: about a week for surgery and the provisional, then three to six months of healing at home, then about a week for the final bridge.

Will I need a bone graft?

Often not - angling the back implants is what avoids it. Where it is needed it is £120 per cc, or a sinus lift from £150 in the upper jaw. The scan decides.

All-on-4 or All-on-6?

Six spreads the load and suits heavy bites and longer spans; four avoids grafting more often and costs less. It is a bone question, answered by the CBCT rather than by preference.

Is All-on-4 permanent?

The implants are. The bridge on top is a serviceable component that may need refurbishing or replacing after ten to fifteen years, the same as anywhere in the world.

Can I eat normally?

After healing, yes. During the six to eight weeks of integration you are on soft food, which is the restriction people underestimate.

What is included in the price?

Four implants and twelve zirconium teeth on a framework. Extractions at £60, grafting and a temporary denture at £500 are separate lines, published on the same list and named on your plan before you fly.

Antalya or Istanbul?

Antalya. Full-arch surgery means several appointments in a week and an hour of city traffic each way is the last thing you want in that state.

What if something goes wrong at home?

Your patient manager is in the UK and the guarantee is administered from here. The implant screws are covered for life against failure to integrate.

All-on-4 in Antalya: how the trip works

Trip one is about a week: consultation and CBCT, extractions if teeth are still there, four implants placed, and a provisional fixed bridge before you fly. Trip two, three to six months later, is about a week to fit the final zirconium bridge.

Antalya rather than Istanbul is deliberate: direct flights from most UK airports and ten minutes between hotel and clinic, which matters when you are swollen and going back and forth. Search flights and hotels after registering, and what you choose saves into your portal with the plan.

12

What All-on-4 costs, line by line

The arch is £3,099. Around it: extraction at £60 a tooth or £120 if surgical, a PMMA temporary denture at £500, grafting at £120 per cc. Nothing is hidden and nothing appears later.
