01
What All-on-6 actually is
All-on-6 replaces a full jaw with a fixed bridge carried on six implants instead of four. The two extra fixtures spread the bite force over more of the jaw, which matters most at the back where chewing pressure is highest.
The short answer. All-on-6 in Antalya is £3,950 an arch including twelve zirconium teeth, against about £17,000 privately in the UK. It needs more bone than All-on-4, so the scan decides whether you are a candidate.
It is not simply the better version. It is the version for a jaw that has the bone to take six fixtures, and for a bite heavy enough to justify them.
02
Who All-on-6 is for
People losing or missing a full arch who also grind, have a strong bite, or want the longest span of fixed teeth their bone will support. Six points of support share the load, so no single implant carries as much.
It is also the better answer where the back of the jaw still has usable bone - with four implants that bone goes unused, and with six it is doing work.
03
How All-on-6 works, step by step
Six implants act as pillars in the jaw and a full-arch bridge screws onto them. Where the bone is solid enough at placement, a provisional fixed bridge goes on the same or next day - immediate loading - so you leave with teeth while the implants fuse to the bone underneath.
That fusion, osseointegration, takes three to six months. Once it is done the final bridge is made to your bite, shape and shade and fitted on the second trip.
04
All-on-6 vs All-on-4: which do I need?
All-on-6 at £3,950 gives more support and wider load sharing. Better for heavy grinders, strong bites and longer spans, and it uses back bone that four implants would leave idle.
All-on-4 at £3,099 avoids large grafts more often and costs less, because angling the rear implants finds bone that is already there.
This is decided by a CBCT scan and by how you bite, not by which sounds more thorough. We will recommend the one that is safest and most stable for your mouth, and say plainly when that is the cheaper of the two.
05
Who is a good candidate?
You may suit All-on-6 if you:
Have many failing teeth or no teeth in a jaw
Want fixed teeth rather than a removable denture
Have enough bone for six implants (we confirm by CBCT scan)
Can keep good oral hygiene and attend regular reviews
If bone or gum health needs attention first, we’ll plan that into your safe pathway.

Photos, X-rays and a CBCT scan if needed. We design the exact implant positions, discuss tooth shape and shade, and give a clear written plan with timing and costs.
02Surgery
Treatment Day
You are numb and comfortable (with sedation where available). We remove failing teeth if needed, prepare the sites, and place six implants with guided placement where indicated. We take measurements for your provisional bridge.
03Smile
Provisional Fixed Teeth
In many cases you receive a same-day or next-day fixed bridge. It is designed to protect the implants while you heal, so you leave with teeth you can smile with.
04Heal
Healing & Checks (8–12 weeks)
Implants fuse to the bone. Follow the soft-food plan, keep the area clean, and attend bite checks to ensure perfect integration.
05Final
Final Bridge
Once stable, we take final scans and make your definitive bridge for strength, fit, and looks. We fine-tune the bite for ultimate comfort.
06Care
Maintenance & Reviews
We teach simple cleaning under the bridge and set regular hygiene and review visits to keep everything healthy for years to come.

Materials & Design Options
Option 1: Acrylic Hybrid A high-strength acrylic bridge on a metal frame. It feels softer to bite against and is lighter weight. Excellent cost-effective choice. Option 2: Full Zirconia The "Gold Standard". 100% Ceramic/Zirconia. Incredibly durable, stain-resistant, and looks identical to natural tooth enamel.

Recovery after All-on-6
Local anaesthetic, with sedation available. Six fixtures is a longer appointment than four and you should expect swelling and bruising for several days, easing over a week.
Soft food for six to eight weeks while the implants integrate. Ice for the first day, sleep propped up for a couple of nights, and take the painkillers before the anaesthetic wears off rather than after.
Fixtures, bar and bridge
How your new arch is designed and made
A full arch on implants is a bridge of twelve or fourteen teeth carried on four or six fixtures. The positions are planned on a scan, a temporary bridge is fitted within a day or two of surgery, and the final bridge is made for you once the bone has healed. This is what each stage involves.
01
The fixtures and their angle
The fixtures are placed where the bone is thickest. On four, the rear pair is tilted to reach solid bone at the back and stay clear of the sinus or the nerve; on six, the load is spread more evenly around the arch. Which is right depends on your scan, not on preference.
02
The multi-unit abutments
Small titanium connectors screwed to each fixture, straight or angled, that bring every implant up to one level so the bridge can sit flat across them. They are what let a tilted fixture carry a straight bridge.
03
The bridge on the day
A temporary bridge of acrylic teeth is fitted to the fixtures within a day or two of surgery, so you leave with fixed teeth rather than a denture. It is lighter and simpler than the final bridge, and it is what you wear while the bone heals.
04
The final bridge
The final bridge is made after three to six months, once the fixtures are solid. The material is the main decision, and it is written on your plan.
Bridge
What it is
How it behaves
Best for
Acrylic on a titanium bar
Acrylic teeth and pink gum bonded to a milled titanium frame.
Light, easy to repair and kind to the fixtures; the teeth wear over the years.
Most full-arch cases; the standard choice.
Monolithic zirconia
The whole bridge milled from one piece of zirconia, the gum stained pink.
The strongest and longest-lasting; heavier, and repaired by remaking.
Heavy bites and the longest life.
Zirconia on a titanium bar
Zirconia teeth over a titanium frame.
The look of zirconia with a lighter, repairable frame.
Where both strength and weight matter.
Acrylic temporary
The bridge fitted in the days after surgery.
Worn for the healing months only.
Every case, for the first three to six months.
Six steps from scan to bridge
How the arch is made
Two visits, months apart. The first places the fixtures and fits the temporary; the second makes and fits the final bridge in the laboratory upstairs.
01The scanA cone-beam CT maps the whole jaw so every fixture can be placed in solid bone.
02The designThe fixtures and the bridge are designed together on screen: the teeth first, then the implants to carry them.
03The barFor the final bridge, a titanium frame is milled to the exact positions of your fixtures.
04MillingThe arch of teeth is cut from a single disc of zirconia or acrylic.
05LayeringThe gum is layered in pink porcelain or acrylic, and the teeth are stained and glazed to your shade.
06The fitTried in, the bite checked, then screwed to the abutments and the holes sealed.
Why choose us
Why Choose All-on-6?
Maximum Stability 6 implants provide superior balance, mimicking natural roots perfectly. Force Distribution Ideal for patients with a strong bite, as pressure is shared across more implants. Security Even if one implant fails years later, the bridge often survives on the remaining 5.
11
Simple Maintenance
Brush twice daily like normal teeth
Use a Water Flosser under the bridge
Attend standard hygiene visits
Wear a Night Guard to protect ceramics
12
All-on-6 vs dentures and single implants
A full denture is cheapest, removable, covers the palate and allows the ridge to keep shrinking underneath.
Individual implants at £410 each would need eight or more per arch plus a crown on every one, which costs far more than either full-arch option.
All-on-6 is fixed, uses the bone you have, and puts load back through the jaw so it stops shrinking. The trade is surgery and a healing period.
Answered plainly
All-on-6 in Turkey: your questions answered
Still not sure? A clinician talks it through before you commit to anything.
£3,950 an arch including twelve zirconium teeth. The UK private equivalent is around £17,000.
Is All-on-6 better than All-on-4?
Not universally - it is better for heavy bites and where there is bone to take six fixtures. Where there is not, All-on-4 with angled implants is the safer plan.
Will I leave with teeth?
In suitable cases a provisional fixed bridge goes on the same or next day. Whether your bone allows immediate loading is confirmed at placement, not promised beforehand.
How long until the final bridge?
Three to six months of integration, then a second trip of about a week.
Do I need bone grafting for All-on-6?
Sometimes, particularly in the upper back jaw where a sinus lift may be needed - £150 closed, £365 open with a membrane. The CBCT answers it.
What are the teeth made of?
Twelve zirconium teeth on a framework, included in the price. Acrylic is cheaper and wears faster, and it is usually what a lower quote elsewhere means.
How do I clean it?
Brush twice daily, clean underneath the bridge with super-floss or a water flosser, and have a hygiene and clinical review yearly.
How long does All-on-6 last?
The implants are guaranteed for life against failure to integrate. The bridge is serviceable and may want replacing after ten to fifteen years.
Can I have All-on-6 on one jaw only?
Yes, and many people do - commonly the upper arch with a different solution below. The price is per arch.
Antalya or Istanbul for full-arch work?
Antalya, for direct UK flights and short transfers. Full-arch surgery means repeated appointments in one week.
