Every treatment we arrange in Antalya has one published price, and it is the price that goes on your written plan. A zirconia crown is £170 per tooth, a Straumann BLX implant is £750, and a full arch on four implants is £3,099.
The full list is below, line by line, with what each price is for and where a bill can grow. The same figures sit on our prices page, which updates from the same source, so the two never disagree.
Why we put the whole list on a page
Most Antalya clinics will not publish a number. You send photos, someone on WhatsApp sends back a figure, and the figure moves once you are in the chair. That is not always bad faith. A dentist who has not seen an X-ray cannot know whether a tooth needs a root canal before it can take a crown.
It does mean you cannot compare one quote with another. A published price per item fixes half of that problem. The other half is the plan itself: how many items, and which ones. That comes from a video consultation with the clinician who will treat you, plus your X-rays or a scan, and it is fixed in writing before you book a flight.

Two lines on that list surprise people. Bone graft is priced per cc because nobody knows the volume until a CT scan shows the bone. And the night guard is not an upsell if you grind: a clenching habit is the most common reason a ceramic crown or veneer chips.
What sits outside the treatment price
Flights are never in a treatment price, here or anywhere else. Hotel and transfers depend on whether you take a package, and our packages set out what each one bundles.
When you compare us with another Antalya clinic, check what their figure leaves out. Some quote an implant as the titanium post alone, then add the abutment and the crown as separate lines later. Some price the crown but charge for the temporaries, the scan or the X-rays. Your written plan from us lists every line, and the total at the bottom is the total for the treatment on it.
Where the bill grows after the plan is written
This is the part most price pages skip. A plan can change once the dentist is looking at the tooth itself.
The usual cause is what sits under old work. Lift off a fifteen-year-old crown and you sometimes find decay that reached the nerve. That tooth now needs a root canal and probably a fibre post before the new crown goes on. A root-treated back tooth is dry and brittle, and it fractures far more easily than a living one, so skipping the crown afterwards is false economy.
Implants have their own version. If the CT scan shows thin bone, a graft goes on the plan before you fly. If the bone turns out thinner than the scan suggested, the graft volume can rise on the day.
Two things keep this honest. Any change is priced from this same list, so you can check the arithmetic yourself. And you should be shown the reason on the X-ray and asked before anything is added. A clinic that adds items without that conversation has a problem, whatever its prices are.
A plan built from a recent X-ray or CT scan rarely moves much. A plan built from phone photos often does.
How Antalya prices compare with UK private fees
The gap is real, but it is wider on some treatments than others. A zirconia crown at a UK private practice typically runs to £850, against £170 with us. An E-max veneer is around £795 privately in the UK, against £210 here. A Straumann implant is around £3,300 privately in the UK, against £750 here.
Now the awkward part. For a single crown, the trip rarely pays for itself once you add flights, a hotel and a week off work. If you can get an NHS appointment, Band 3 covers a crown at a fixed charge that undercuts both. The NHS problem is access and waiting, not the price. Where Antalya makes sense is several crowns, a set of veneers, or implants, where the saving per item multiplies.
Why implants and full arches show two trips in the plan
An implant cannot carry its final crown on day one. The bone has to grow onto the titanium surface first, which usually takes three to six months. So a single implant means two visits: placement on the first, the crown on the second.
All-on-4 and All-on-6 work the same way at a larger scale. You leave the first trip with a fixed temporary bridge, screwed in, that you eat with carefully while the implants settle. Choosing between the crown materials on the list
The cheapest crown is not automatically the wrong one. A metal-porcelain crown on a back molar that nobody sees is strong, well proven and kind to your budget. Its weakness is cosmetic: as gums recede, the metal edge can show as a grey line.
Zirconia is the default for back teeth and bridges because it is very hard to break. E-max is the better choice on front teeth, where light passes through enamel and a solid material looks flat. Zircad Prime sits between the two. Our crowns page goes through which material suits which tooth.
If you plan to whiten, do it before the crowns are made. Ceramic does not change colour, so the crowns are matched to whatever shade your natural teeth are on the day.
How to get a fixed price for your own mouth
Send us a recent dental X-ray if you have one. A full panoramic X-ray, called an OPG, is the most useful; for implants a CT scan is better still. If you have neither, photos get the conversation started, and the scan is taken at the clinic.
You then have a video consultation with the clinician, not a salesperson. They go through your X-rays with you and tell you what they would do and what they would not. The written plan follows, with every line priced from this list. That price is fixed before you fly.
Crowns carry a five-year guarantee, and aftercare happens in the UK, so a loose crown six months later does not mean another flight.
Frequently asked questions
Do the prices change once I arrive in Antalya? The price per item does not. The number of items can, if the dentist finds something the X-rays did not show, such as decay under an old crown. Any change is priced from the same list and agreed with you first.
Is the veneer and crown price per tooth or per arch? Per tooth. Implants are per implant, and All-on-4 and All-on-6 are per arch. Bone graft is per cc, because the volume depends on your scan.
Why are there two implant prices? They are two different implant systems. Straumann has the longest published track record and the widest range of compatible parts worldwide, which matters if a UK dentist ever needs to work on it. NTA is the lower-cost option on our list.
Are flights and hotel included in these prices? No. These are treatment prices. Hotel and transfers come with a package if you choose one, and flights are booked separately.
Is a cheaper quote from another Antalya clinic comparable? Only if it names the same things: the crown material, the implant brand, whether abutments and crowns are included, and where the lab work is done. Ask for each line in writing. If they will not write it down, that tells you more than the price does.
Will these prices still be right next year? The figures on this page update automatically when our list changes. The figure that counts for you is the one on your written plan.
